Return Process

  Log into your account or contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the jewelry in its original designer packaging, including all certificates and tags, and ensure it is securely packed in a shipping box.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our gemologists inspect the item to verify its condition, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
